Wow....my life has changed. And even more so than mine, my husbands life has changed. Number one, he is getting home cooked meals. And number two, I AM the one cooking them!!! Why didn't I take all of my friends advice and get this amazing machine SOONER??? Love love love it!!

Yeah - I was just going to tell you about that crockpot365 blog! I love it! My favorite thing to make in there is home-made granola! That blog is great because she has personal experience in the recipes - when it does and doesn't work - and she's a gluten free girl so that's fun. Mike just made dinner for us in our crockpot tonight - Italian Chicken with mushrooms. So easy the husband can even do it!

Oooo! Shane has one but it's buried in a cupboard. If I stick it on the counter top I might actually use it. I never have before though. I'm gonna give it a try. :D
I used to volunteer at an animal shelter when I first moved to Santa Barbara in Sept 2005 but back then I wasn't as comfortable around dogs (especially big dogs). So I just helped clean the adoptable cat pens, kitten pens and sick cat pens. I love doggies now though, big and small. :D Sounds like a fun hobby. :D
