The three chickas!!!

We are dooooone!! And I am heartbroken...:( I have always been one to hate change. I am so extremely sad that my class is over. I think everyone else is excited to move on from here! But, I am so depressed!!!! I have made wonderful lifetime friends, that I will never forget. My teachers were great, and I will always be able to use my spanish. Im so thankful I had this opportunity. We graduate this coming thursday.....I am dreading it. (Which sounds funny...most people are thrilled to graduate....)

Change of Plans......IRELAND!!!!!

Well, my family was planning on going to London for a vacation.....BUT there has been a change in plans. We are going to IRELAND now! And I am SOOOOOOO excited!!!!! And THIS.......is where we will be staying!!!!! I cant wait!!! And my husband is such a good sport to let me go, and he said I can do all the shopping I want!!! (Poor guy, will be in school and cant go .....:( We will be staying this MANOR! WaHOOOO! I could not be more excited!!!!!!

Thanks so much Mike and Ashley for taking us out to dinner for my birthday! We enjoyed your company this past week! Thanks to everyone for the cards, texts, emails, and packages for my birthday! Mwah!!!

Upcoming Plans for us!!

March 27th......Our Friends come to visit!!!

Our wonderful friends, Mike and Ashley, are coming out to visit us for one week!! We are sooo excited for them to come! We had so much fun with them over Christmas vacation! And they will be here for my birthday too!! They are going to stay with Jon and I, in the spare bedroom. Jon and I bought aquarium passes to the Monterey Aquarium, which is known as the best in the United States! And because we bought a year pass, we can get our friends in for free! Mike is going to bring his motorcycle out and we are all going to go for rides out here by the coast! It is the best view for a bike ride!!

April 1st......Michelle's Birthday!

I will be turning 24 !!!

April 2nd.....Michelle's Spanish Speaking Exam (Which is the final for the course)

I am sooooo incredibly nervous for this day! I can speak great just having casual conversation, but as soon as I go into a test, I get nervous and it effects my speaking. I have to get above a certain score, to get a diploma from the course. Everyone will graduate, regardless if they pass these tests or not, but in order to get a diploma, one must get certain scores!! SCARY!!!

April 7th.....Michelle's Listening and Reading Exam (Final also...)

Each of these tests is 3 hours long!!! It is very very difficult and long. Out of all the languages taught at DLI, It is said that the Spanish and Arabic tests are the hardest of all. (In other words, the Spanish test is harder than Chinese, Ruissian, Thai, Persian, French, etc!!! CRAZY!!!) Again, with this test, you have to get above a certain score to get a diploma. So the 3 main areas tested are: Speaking, Reading, and Listening.

April 12th........Jon's Birthday!!

He will be turning 31 !!!!!

April 16th.....My family will be here!! And I GRADUATE from SPANISH!!!

To be honest, I am DREADING this day. I have loved my spanish class, the teachers, and the people in it! I am going to cry when this course is over. I will miss everyone! Luckily, my best friend Cristina does not leave Monterey until June. Which is going to be another day I am going to dread!! I really dont want this day to come. lol. I am going to be SAD!!!!! But so glad that I had this wonderful opportunity that I will never get again! And I am so happy that I can now speak spanish!!

May 1st........Break time for Jon!!

Jon's course does not end until October, therefore, they have a class break that goes from May 1st thru May 10th. We are not sure what we are going to do over this break time, Maybe go home to Utah? Im not sure! But we are looking forward to this break time to spend together!!

Sometime in May, after Jon's break........LONDON (and bordering countries!) with my Family!!!!

I am soooooo excited for this! My mom has been putting together this vacation for us! Unfortunately, Jon will be back in school and will not be able to go! :( I am going to miss him, but he will get lots of nice presents from me! Not all of my family is going, just my mom and 2 sisters for now, my older brother may come but not sure! We found a great deal for flight there, and hotel. Plus we are finding that it is very cheap to go by train to bordering countries!! We will be there roughly one week! I am so excited and can hardly wait for this trip!! I have never been to Europe!

The funny thing about Jon is, when he is doing something that is funny-but not on purpose- I always ask him if I can run grab the camera and take a picture. He always tells me NO! As soon as I come back, he starts posing and TRYING to be funny!! I think he likes the attention. In this picture, he was simply wearing this apron, I thought it was funny and when I started taking pictures, he started acting silly on purpose! lol.

I'm sorry, I had to put this one on..... lol. It IS embarrassing for me!!

There are SOOO many reasons why I love my husband, but near the top of my list is his sense of humor!!! I get all of my exercise from laughing at him! He is ALWAYS doing something funny! ALWAYS! You would never ever guess that he will be turning a whopping 31 years old next month! Jon is so easy going, relaxed, and funnier than heck!! Anytime we are around family, friends, neighbors, Jon is always the goofy guy! He is a people person. I LOVE that about him. As you can see in some of the pictures, we ARE in public. Sometimes this calls for me to have to settle the man down. He has told me before how much he loves making me laugh, he never ever fails!! I live everyday looking forward to what he will do next!! I think he is going to be a WONDERFUL dad when we have kids! I had a TON of other pictures, but I had to get them approved by Jon, and he said no to the others!! ha ha! Its probably a good thing. He is a good sport by letting me put these ones on!

1. I LOVE to sleep!

2. I love animals more than humans (ha ha)

3. I have the most sensitive stomach, anything I eat makes me feel sick.

4. I CANNOT eat late at night

5. I HAVE to have clean feet all the time

6. I speak Spanish. Wa Hoo!

7. I am SO glad I married an older guy (Jon is 7 years older)

8. I write with my left hand, but do EVERYTHING else with my right hand. (sports, hair, makeup, etc.)

9. Right now my fetish is Peppermint Patties because they are tasty and low fat.

10. I could eat cereal (without milk) and bread ALL DAY, EVERYDAY! (Carbs are my weakness!)

11. Kitchen HAS to be clean, no dishes in the sink! No crumbs anywhere!

12. I text my mom and dad just about everyday. Im so glad they know how to text!

13. I LOVE shopping. I always have, and Im sure Jon hopes I wont forever!

14. I want a German Shepherd

15. I used to be a waitress, and I miss it so much!

16. I am going to London in May with my family!!

17. I have the BEST family and the BEST in-laws EVER!

18. I cannot keep a secret or a surprise for the life of me!

19. I NEVER make our bed. (Its ok, Jon does not either so I dont feel bad)

20. Being a passenger in a car ALWAYS gives me anxiety. Im terrified of getting in an accident.

21. I want to have a baby boy first!

22. I dont necassarily like the fact that Jon has 2 motorcycles, BUT I love to wear the motorcycle attire and accessories!

23. I need A LOT of attention, if I dont get it, I get whiney and grouchy. (Jon read this and made me go back and specify that this should be number one on the list.)

24. After my spanish course, I will have 2 Associates degrees.

25. Everything is so close to me where I live, yet I drive EVERYHWERE, when I could/should walk.

If you are about to eat dinner, DONT READ THIS! lol. I'm sorry but I had to post this. It is just too funny! Im sorry if it offends anyone! Along with the taffy that my sister and I found at the candystore, we came across these funny and discusting, yet, creative I must say, candy!! We laughed so hard, and my sister actually bought them to take home as a souvenir! I know, we are weird! I have seen "booger" candy before (harry potter jelly beans) but I have NEVER seen

the "Zit Poppers"! On the box it says: "Oozy, sticky, good filled zit gummies" Ha Ha!!!! I think they are hilarious! Im sorry if I totally just grossed y'all out!!
