I have mentioned before how MUCH Scarlett loves BALLOONS!! We walked into her room yesterday to find this.....Priceless. (Don't worry, we removed it right away so the ribbon would not choke her!!)

Scarlett in the Newspaper!

Our little Scarlett made the pages of the Army Newspaper for Ft Meade, called Soundoff!! The article was from the Easter egg hunt a few weeks ago. Only FOUR pictures got published, out of hundreds of kids, and our Scarlett was one of the stars!! Only problem was.....they mixed up Scarlett's picture with another kids name! Grrrrrr!!! So Scarlett's name is "Kellan Ryan" in the photo, and Kellan Ryan, is "Scarlet Love" (yes....spelled wrong!) We are so proud of our little cutie for being so gosh dern cute!!

My husband has always been a great "gift giver". It doesn't matter what holiday it is, I am always spoiled. This year he gave me this awesome camera. I guess he took note of my hints when using my old digital camera and always saying "I eventually want to get one of those nice cameras!" Once again, I was spoiled this year.

What more fun then to figure out how to use it!? Jon's birthday was yesterday, so I decided to break in the new camera!

I'm sad that my little girl is getting so big. She is walking everywhere now, and we just switched her to a forward facing car seat. Her favorite thing EVER, are balloons. All we need to keep her happy, are balloons!!

We were able to go to the Easter Egg Hunt on the Army base here in Maryland! It was so fun! Last year Scarlett was so small and unable to participate in Easter Festivities! This year she old enough to find Easter Eggs (with dad's help of course), while mommy ran around snapping pictures! Happy Easter to all!!
